“Why Should I buy from you vs. the other guys? What is different about your jerky from the stuff I get at the store?”

I have heard many people say jerky is jerky. Honestly, it is easy to say that but when you taste our fresh hand made jerky vs. the other guy or the mass produced kind, you are going to taste the difference.

How are we different?

We are different because we are a small company that smokes our product on a daily basis. We do not store or warehouse our jerky products, ever, so it is always fresh.

We use a completely handmade, small batch process; from slicing the meat, to the secret marinade spices and sauce, into the smoker and out in to our special packaging.

Our jerky products are preservative free; no MSG, no nitrites, ever!

Our Beef, Game and Exotic jerky meat contains no steroids or growth promoters. All of our suppliers are USDA/FDA approved and our facility is USDA/FDA inspected.

What you get is a wholesome, natural and chemical free product that you can feel great about eating and giving to others. Our special packaging keeps the jerky fresh so you can take it with you and pack some up for emergencies.
