The quality was good, however it was a bit too sweet for me. Maybe the corn syrup and Sorbitol? I will stick to the salmon jerky for now (it was GREAT!). Would like to try a ‘spicy tuna’ version?

Hi TW. There is no corn syrup or sorbitol in the Ahi Jerky. Just a bit of cane sugar. First the sweetness comes through then a nice peppery finish.

I enjoy the salmon jerky, and seafood in general very much. If you are on the fence about this and are also a tuna lover -get it!! I would say it’s a little more moist than the salmon jerky and very flavorful! I started with a small bag that arrived just yesterday and I’m already ordering more!
