Yes, we have been working very hard to expand our flavors of exotic jerky and we found the perfect fit with our Alpaca Jerky. If you are not familiar with it, here is a bit of information on what to expect from our delicious addition to the line up.

Our Original Alpaca Jerky

Alpaca meat has been a staple food of the Andes for thousands of years and still an important daily food source for them. This meat is lean to the extreme and makes a high quality jerky product. There are less calories, fat and cholesterol than beef, lamb, turkey and buffalo but it offers a similar nutritional value as Ostrich and Venison. We use only the basic ingredients for this jerky. You will find Alpaca meat, soy sauce powder, a touch of brown sugar and salt & pepper. That’s it. There is never any added preservatives or MSG. Only those ingredients that enhance the flavor of the meat are used in our products.
