We have been making our jerky for so many years, I think it is safe to say that we are pretty much experts in the art of making beef jerky. Our beef jerky recipe has been perfected over the years and has developed into a delicious, well-loved product. We do have a few secrets behind our beef jerky recipe but for the most part, it was developed through practice.
So what makes our great jerky?
We start with USDA inspected meats that we select from top of the line suppliers from all over the US. We use the delicious Top Round that we process ourselves and apply our proprietary seasoning blends to each type of meat. From there it goes into our Smokehouse where racks and racks of meat is lovingly watched as it is turned into the jerky you love so much.
Not every type of meat can become a delicious jerky. Some may have too much fat, others not enough and it was through trial and error that we have found the best mixture of meats, spices, time and effort that allows us to create our special beef jerky recipes.
