1. I am not one to exaggerate and in my own opinion, and in the opinion of every single person that I have shared some with, this is THE best jerky ever!
2. Yes, the flavor is perfect. However, the most amazing aspect is that since the jerky is made from solid strips of beef, it seemingly reconstitutes itself into something close to a bite of dry-aged New York Strip after it goes into my mouth.

Beef Jerky: Compared to gator and wild boar, beef jerky may seem boring. However, this is no ordinary beef jerky. In fact, it’s PERFECT beef jerky. Both the flavor and texture are right on point. It’s salty, but still has great beef flavor and finishes with just a bit of black pepper. I can’t even begin to compare this jerky to the stuff you find on gas station counters.

I received my package of Beef Jerky today. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is about all I can say. By far the best beef jerky I have ever tasted. Excellent flavor. Received in 3 days just as promised.
