One of the best if not the best I’ve ever had . The texture, the dryness the flavor and edible with enough chewing to enjoy it. You can break it but it’s not shoe leather like some other more expensive jerky that I’ve tried. Over 45 years of being a jerky aficionado and I’m ordering more! There are small local companies that make it here, but no comparison.

I am a United States Naval Rescue Swimmer currently deployed on the USS Gridley (DDG101). I am written you to let you know that I love beef jerky. Out on deployment I have gotten to taste a lot of different kinds from homemade to regular mass produced generic kinds.
