I was really looking forward to taste the difference of the 6 kinds of jerky’s, I was a little disappointed.
I thought I would be able to taste a real difference in taste from each flavor… but the amount of pepper used on every jerky was really too much for me.
It’s too bad that the real flavor of each meat could not come through without being overpowered by the pepper.
