I was searching for “Blind Robbins” which was a bar snack when i was a kid. They are a discontinued item. They have some on the internet called a blind robin, but they are no where near jerky, more like just smoked. After checking several sites ad forums i found Mountain America Jerky to be the closest to a jerky then others. So i ordered the sampler pack. Its very good. It is a jerky, and not that salty. Blind robbin was ocean herring an super salty. The salmon is very tasty in all 3 flavors. Nice amount in the packages. The low salt factor is a big plus for me. I do have to eat this outside, or our 2 cats will force me to share. Soon as i busted opening a bag they was on a hunt for where that smell was coming from, was all over the envelope it came in. Was cute. Thanks.
An inquiry, any chance that there will be a herring jerky in the future? ~ Andrew, no plans for herring jerky. You may enjoy the Ahi Jerky though.

I got a jerky sampler for my birthday and while I have not yet tried every flavor, I have to let everyone know that the salmon jerky is absolutely amazing. Even I did not think it would taste THIS good. I want more!
