Recipe Idea: Smoky Queso Omelet
- 3 Eggs
- Smoked Cheddar or Pepper Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Diced Tomatoes
- Spinach or Kale
Heat up olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Beat and pour the eggs in. Grate the smoked cheddar cheese over the eggs, add some diced tomatoes, greens, a pinch of salt and fresh ground black pepper.
